• The showcase site (Webflow): The visual interface and the content of the luckylake.fr site are hosted and powered by Webflow. When you simply browse the pages (reading information, photos), technical navigation data (cookies, IP address) can be processed by Webflow for performance and statistical purposes.
• The booking engine (Lodgify): To check availability, prices and make a reservation, our site integrates the Lodgify solution. When you use the reservation module or click on the reservation buttons, the data you enter (dates, number of people, personal information, payment) is processed and secured directly by Lodgify's servers.

3. The data we collect

We only collect the data that is strictly necessary for your stay:

• Identity: Name, first name, postal address, telephone number, email.
• Payment: Bank details (processed in an encrypted manner via secure payment providers connected to Lodgify, such as Stripe).
• Stay: Arrival/departure dates, number of travelers, options selected.

Your data is used to:

• Manage and confirm your reservation via Lodgify.
• Collect payments and manage billing.
• Send you practical information (access code, arrival guide).
• Respond to your contact requests.

• Louis Hutier (Manager).
• Lodgify (Booking provider).
• Webflow (Site host).
